GuocoLand launches superlinks in Rawang

    VIBRANT: The ‘new’ Rawang will see yet another new development taking shape in the form of the spacious Emerald Gardens superlink homes. Developed by GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd, the launch of the two and 2½-storey superlink homes in Emerald Rawang will take place tomorrow (June 9) at the Emerald Sales Gallery.

    Developed within the natural greenery and rolling hills of the 1,000-acretownship, Emerald Gardens will set a new benchmark for upmarket landed properties, leveraging on the growing demand for such properties and appeal of Emerald as the township of choice in Rawang.

    The 161-unit tropical garden concept homes offer a choice of three wide frontage designs and generous landscaping, comprising 26’x80’ two-storey homes (built-up area from 2,990 sq ft), and 24’x80’ and 26’x80’ 2½-storey homes (built-up area from 3,585 sq ft).

    “We are offering the biggest superlinks and carefully planned layout homes in Rawang to cater to the different needs of today’s sophisticated home buyers,” said GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd Marketing and Sales Director Pam Loh.

    “The response during the pre-launch period was overwhelming. To date, we have sold over 80 per cent of our pre-launch releases. More units will be released on Saturday,” she added.
