    LBS delivers Saujana Business Park eight months early

    AHEAD: Buyers of Saujana Business Park recently received their keys from property developer LBS Bina Group Berhad eight months ahead of schedule.

    The 78 unit owners will be able to start business soon in Bandar Saujana Putra, a self-sufficient township with an estimated catchment of 20,000 residents.

    The township is surrounded by several fully-occupied housing suburbs.

    The commercial development has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM62 million, comprising 78 units of two and three storey shop offices.

    “As the only business square within an 11km radius, Saujana Business Park will cater not only to the needs of BSP residents, but also those from surrounding neighbourhoods. This catchment area presents great potential for both businesses and as an investment,” said LBS Bina Managing Director, Datuk Lim Hock San.
