    PROPERTY NEWS: SP Setia’s 10-month sales exceeds FY2011 sales

    OUTSTANDING: Top developer S P Setia’s 10-month sales of RM3.3 billion as at 31 August exceeds full year sales for FY2011, the group said in a statement recently.

     

    Ongoing projects which contributed to the strong sales include Setia Alam and Setia Eco-Park at Shah Alam, KL Eco City in Bangsar, SetiaWalk at Pusat Bandar Puchong, Setia Sky Residences at Jalan Tun Razak, Bukit Indah, Setia Indah, Setia Tropika, Setia Business Park II, Setia Eco Cascadia and Setia Eco Gardens in Johor Bahru, Setia Pearl Island, Setia Vista and Setia Greens in Penang and Fulton Lane in Melbourne.
     
    Apart from the Group’s existing projects, newly launched projects such as Aeropod in Sabah; KL Eco City’s first residential tower; 18 Woodsville, the Group’s maiden project in Singapore; and 11 Brook Residences in Penang also contributed to the strong sales performance achieved.
     
    Commenting on the strong performance, President and CEO Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said the Group was able to steadily increase both the level of sales as well as the selling price of its products through continuous value creation.
