    FUTSAL: Uptown United, Kemaman 365 Jr take honours

    UPTOWN United 'A' won the Under-16 title at the 9th leg of the Milo Hidup Bola Futsal Carnival last weekend at the Kuantan Futsal Centre, Bandar Indera Mahkota, in Pahang.

       Uptown United A  beat CT Nur Nilam Jr  3-2 in an exciting final.

       In the Under-12 category, Kemaman 365 Jr from Terengganu beat Akademi Bolasepak Selatan Ulu Tiram from Johor in a penalty shootout after the teams were level 1-1 at fulltime.

           The 14-leg carnival will be held in every state with the grand finals to be played on Sept 16 where the top 32 teams from each category will compete for the grand prize of RM15,000.

    The runners-up will get RM10,000 while the third and fourth placed teams will pocket RM7,000 each.

        The 10th leg will be held in Port Dickson this Saturday.  Entry fee is RM50 a team. Entry forms are available at all 14 participating futsal centres or log  on to www.milo.com.my or www.syoknyasukan.com.
