SINGAPORE'S LionsXII ran riot at the Jalan Besar Stadium yesterday as Hariss Harun scored a hat-trick in his side's 9-0 mauling of Sabah to record the biggest win of the Super League this season.
Kelantan however kept pace with the leaders, six points behind with five games in hand, after beating Kedah 2-1 in Kota Baru.
A Fazliata Taib own goal in the first-half stoppage time gave Kelantan the lead before Mohammad Ghaddar doubled the advantage nine minutes after the break.
Kedah's Abdelfatah Safi missed a chance to reduce the arrears when his penalty was saved by Khairul Fahmi Che Mat but Khyril Muhymeen Zambri scored a consolation in the 88th minute.

Hariss volleyed home his first three minutes later and added a second with a curling effort four minutes from half-time.
Shahdan Sulaiman lobbed Sabah goalkeeper Irwan Jamil to make it 4-0 in the 63d minute and quickly tapped in another two minutes later.
Sabah's nightmare was far from over though as Irwan Shah netted from close range in the 68th minute and Hariss completed his hat-trick in the 73rd.
Sufian Anuar headed in a free-kick to make it 8-0 in the 84th minute and Shahrul Azhar Ture completed the visitors' misery with an own goal in the 89th minute.
On Friday, Manaf Mamat scored twice and Hadi Yahya once as Terengganu claimed bragging derby rights after a 3-0 win over T-Team in Kuala Terengganu.
