DOUBLETREE by Hilton Kuala Lumpur has launched a nationwide competition to search for a National Dream Team -- the workplace team most deserving of a RM65,000 retreat to Kuala Lumpur for up to 30 people.

The winning video entry will show the most convincing dream team at the workplace.

To enter, participants simply have to visit the hotel's Facebook page to register and submit a short video taken on a camera or mobile phone, explaining why they are the dream team that any employer in Malaysia would love to have.

The entrant with the most convincing video will win a prize comprising coach transportation to Kuala Lumpur and accommodation for two nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, for up to 30 people.

All meals, corporate and leisure events organised by the hotel will be complimentary, including a cooking class at the hotel's famous Makan Kitchen restaurant.

The dream team will also get to enjoy a motivational speaker session and a ropes course team-building activity at SkyTrex Adventure, Shah Alam.

Ian Barrow, the hotel's general manager, said: "We are looking for the National Dream Team -- the employees that show the most team spirit, hard work and excellence, whatever their occupation. We hope participants will have fun putting together their videos as a great team-building exercise.

"Our hotel is a fantastic venue for team-building activities, corporate meetings and incentive trips. With a city centre location, we have lots to offer in terms of entertainment and attractions. Our team is here to make our guest's stay as hassle-free and relaxing as possible."

The hotel offers 11 meeting rooms with state-of-the-art facilities across almost 2,000 square metres, including a grand pillarless ballroom that can host events for up to 1,300 people. It also features a 24-hour business centre as well as five food and beverage outlets for added convenience.

The Dream Team competition will be open from Feb 1 to March 2 in Singapore and Malaysia. One winner will be chosen from each country and the 'Dream Teams' will be announced in March.

More details on the competition can be found at www.facebook.com/ DoubletreeKL or send enquiries to kuldt.marcom@hilton.com.
