LET mum hang up her apron this Mothers Day and take her out for a lovely meal at Chef & Brew Restaurant.
The chefs have prepared a fusion menu for lunch and dinner on May 13.
For starters, there is a seafood-based and Asian-inspired appetiser, Deep Fried Roll Salmon with Celery and Carrot dipped with Mayo Ebiko. The salmon roll is stuffed with crab meat, celery and carrot and the mayonnaise is mixed with prawn roe.
The creamy and fragrant Cream of Potato Mushroom soup is served before the main course.
For the main course, there is Teriyaki Deep Sea Prawns with a choice of either a Grilled Fish Fillet or Grilled Chicken Fillet, served with baked potato, broccoli, and carrots.
Two large deep sea prawns are prepared with a teriyaki marinade and the fish and chicken are lightly grilled to perfection. The main course comes with a Butter Mint Sauce.
Mum will love a lovely slice of a Peach Gateau for dessert.
It is a light and fluffy sponge which is slathered in light cream and chunks of peach.
Freshly brewed coffee or tea is served at the end of the meal.
The meals are priced at RM65.90++ per set, and RM75.90++ if a glass of red or white wine is included.
There will also be a complimentary blueberry cupcake for mum (while stocks last).
