SUNWAY Resort Hotel & Spa will be serving up authentic Moroccan dishes at its restaurants this Ramadan while the hotel’s main lobby, decked with Moroccan-themed decorations will be transformed into a scene from Arabian Nights.

The hotel’s restaurants will be dishing out tantalising cuisine for guests to feast on for dinner.

Fuzion, located on the first floor of the hotel keeps in line with the theme as the restaurant offers international and Moroccan dishes prepared by its Middle Eastern Chef, Khder Al-Issa.

The selection of Moroccan dishes includes hummus, Moroccan harira Soup, and Moroccan mixed grill. A must-try at Fuzion is the Lamb Okra Saloona.

Priced at RM128++ per person, the Moroccan spread will also feature Arabic-style whole roasted lamb, chicken tagine, safron rice as well as desserts such as baklava, Moroccan sweet and dates.

Atrium Café at Pyramid Tower Hotel takes a more traditional approach with its buka puasa spread themed “Warisan Rumpun Melayu” which features authentic Malay dishes from around Malaysia.

Diners can indulge in the sup ekor lembu with fries and roti Bengali, gulai kawah Bagan Serai, nasi briyani gam ayam, laksa Kedah, asam pedas Portugis, ikan bakar pari cencaru and kembong with air asam and a host of other traditional  dishes for a truly “Warisan Rumpun Melayu” experience. The buka puasa buffet spread at Atrium Café is priced at RM98++ per person.

For bookings made from now until July 24 between July 1 - 24, Fuzion and Atrium Café will be giving an early bird discount of 30 per cent on dining, with terms and conditions apply.
