    Traffic diversion on Jln Tong Shin

    KUALA LUMPUR: To facilitate construction work for the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project, traffic along Jalan Tong Shin, which is off Jalan Bukit Bintang, will be diverted to a newly constructed road running parallel to the existing Jalan Tong Shin.

    This diversion will be implemented from 7am tomorrow and is expected to be in force until the end of 2015.

    The diversion is part of the traffic management plan being implemented to ensure smooth flow of traffic during MRT construction work.

    Safety barriers, hoardings and traffic cones will be installed at the work site.
