KLUANG: Forty Malaysia Mosaic Bhd workers took part a "Work Travel Safety Awareness Advocation" programme at their factory, here, recently.

The programme organised by the Social Security Organisation (Socso), Kluang traffic police and Malaysia Mosaic included safety talks and the distribution of crash helmets, safety stickers and jackets.

Kluang Socso manager Zainurin Zakaria said the programme aimed to educate the workers, mostly motorcyclists, to ride safely to work.

"There should be a continuous efforts to improve safety among those who travel to work like them," he said

Mosaic Malaysia human resource manager Kartini Mohamed hoped the programme would serve as a guide for the workers to ride safely.
