Chefs at the restaurant have prepared a set menu for its Valentine's Day semi-buffet, which is guaranteed to set both your hearts on fire.

Start your dinner with a buffet-style starter spread that offers selections such as coconut snow and lime-infused pumpkin soup with assorted breads and butter, vine tomato buffalo mozzarella salad, seafood terrine with grape chutney, cilantro orange-infused chicken salad, smoked salmon and brioche,  green mussels, guava-apple salad with roasted nuts, smoked duck salad with citrus chilli, and black beans with roasted corn salad.

All choices of salads are served with special homemade dressings.

As for the main course, diners can opt for the plantain-crusted seafood on salmon fillet with ginger emulsion, char-grilled rib eye steak kumara blinis, teriyaki glazed boneless chicken white reduction, or the aromatic pan-roasted lamb shoulder with esperette  jus.

Finally, complete your meal with a buffet-styled dessert spread that gives diners a wide variety of items to choose from to end the meal on a sweet note. Apple cheese flan, cinnamon cream caramel, chocolate mousse, mixed tart, tiramisu, cheesecake, brownies and fresh fruits are available with a cup of coffee or tea.

The Valentine's Day semi-buffet  dinner is priced at RM99 nett per person. For enquiries or reservations, call 016-549 3777.
