GEORGE TOWN: Diners attending the recent "A Culinary Menage A Trios" promotion at the G Hotel here had a unique dining experience when their dinner was prepared by not one but three established chefs.
The chefs were Chef Roberto Dreon (who owns II Bacaro restaurant), chef Tommes Fchmidt (who hosts his own television programme) and in-house chef Chiam Choon Heng.
Dreon prepared the entrée and desserts, Fchmidt was in charge of the main course while Chiam prepared the cocktail snacks and appetisers.
Each course was paired with selected wines.
The evening ended with a warm round of applause from diners for the chefs in appreciation of their creative work.
