NCIA FETES PARTNERS AT RAYA DO

GEORGE TOWN: The Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) recently feted its partners at a Raya open house held at a hotel here.

About 400 guests, comprising those from the public, academic and the private sectors, attended the event.

NCIA chief executive Datuk Redza Rafiq said was to thank its partners from the three sectors for their contribution to the Northern Corridor's ever-improving performance.

Redza said the private sector's involvement was RM6.08 billion in 2010, RM9.11 billion last year, and RM8.51 billion from January to June this year.

Redza also said that the NCIA will also be having outreach programmes in each of the four states within the northern corridor.
