GEORGE TOWN: The Bayview Hotel Georgetown recently unveiled its premier floors on levels 14 to 16.

These floors consist of 57 fully renovated and redesigned spacious premier deluxe, grand deluxe rooms and suites.

These rooms and suites have undergone interior restyling, using new furnishings with natural earth tones and matching shades of soft linen.

They are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, electronic key card systems, electronic safe boxes, IDD calling, LCD televisions, free Wi-Fi and spacious bathrooms.

A choice of king-sized or twin beds is also available for rooms, while the suites offer only king-sized beds with spacious living/dining areas.

The rooms have a panoramic view of the sea or heritage conclave.

Guests staying on the premier floors have exclusive access to the new lounge that offers spectacular views of the Straits of Malacca. It is on the highest floor and measures some 350 sq m, and is the largest lounge in the city.

It operates from 7am to 9pm and offers complimentary buffet breakfast, all-day refreshments and afternoon tea.

Other facilities include a reading room, shoeshine service, laundry service, use of DVD player, special reduced price for alcoholic beverages and use of the premier boardroom.
