    PRAI: The Malaysian Trades Union Congress Penang Division hosted a Workers Solidarity Dinner in conjunction with Workers Day celebrations recently.

    The Workers Solidarity Dinner was held at Taman Chai Leng Multipurpose Hall in Prai on May 1.

    Some 600 workers, guests and 35 children from Badan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Bakun and Shan's Shelter Home were feted to a dinner with a live band in attendance.

    There were also lucky draws with attractive prizes including hotel stays, buffet dinners, digital cameras and electric appliances. By K. Kandiah
