#TECH: Local start-up develops smart office solution

KUALA LUMPUR: 6Biz Group, a Malaysian start-up, has launched GoKudos, the first locally developed all-in-one smart office platform that enables businesses to automate their operational processes by reducing redundancies and wastages in operation and at the same time increase efficiency.

The one-stop platform provides convenience and cost-efficiency to businesses as they no longer have to subscribe to multiple smart-office solutions.

The platform offers three main solutions—Task management, Document management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) debt collector.

Task manager is an automated task reminder system created for everyone—yourself, your colleagues, and clients to never again forget or miss out on critical tasks.

The Document management on the other hand allows users to save all documents in a centralised cloud storage, and at the same time accessible to shared users anytime, anywhere.

GoKudos AI debt collector sends payment reminders and arranges collection. This will remove the tedious task from your employee which allows them to focus on other high priority matters.

The platform underwent thorough research and development with MIMOS Bhd, a government agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry as well as pilot testing with real users prior to its launch.

The GoKudos solution shows a savings of up to eight per cent on time spent on document searching, 25 per cent on follow up time, five per cent on payment collection and 12 per cent of employees' internal communication.

Founded and managed by non-IT professionals, the platform has an advantage as the solution was created by those who actually need and use the solution making it fit for everyone's use especially non-IT professionals.

This made the GuKudos platform a sustainable, result-driven business as it is able to smooth the learning curve and reduce the resistance of using the new tool for its users.

GoKudos is available for free with limited features or via monthly or yearly subscription with a starting price of RM99 per month.
