KUALA LUMPUR: TV host Dayah Bakar is worried about her parents who are battling the coronavirus.
"Please pray for my father Haji Abu Bakar bin Johar, who is now in the intensive care unit (ICU) ward.
"Please pray for my mother, Halimatul Kamaliah binti Abdul Rahim, to fully recover soon too. Your prayers would mean a lot to my family and I," said the 31-year-old TV personality in an Instagram post yesterday.
In a previous IG post, Dayah said that she had been feeling restless after finding out that her parents were tested positive for Covid-19.
"Honestly, I'm not feeling okay, but I'm trying my best to smile and give moral support to my parents," she said.
Many of her fellow celebrity friends and fans gave her words of encouragement and prayed for her folks' health.
