KUALA LUMPUR: Member of all-girl group Dolla, Tabby, is relieved that after three years of hard work, she has finally received her bachelor's degree in business from Taylor's University.
"It has been challenging especially since I had to divide my time carefully between my commitment to the group and my studies," said the 22-year-old artiste who enrolled in the programme about the same time Dolla was established.
Tabby whose full name is Tabitha Ariel Lam said that she was fortunate to have received full support from everyone including her family, bandmates, recording company and even her university.
"I received a special scholarship and the university had even encouraged me to go farther in the entertainment scene," she said in a news report yesterday.
"Although now I'm able to fully focus on my singing career, I wouldn't want to let what I'd learnt at the university go to waste. Someday, I hope to start my own business," she said.
