#Showbiz: Catch the return of Karnival Jom Heboh this weekend

KUALA LUMPUR: Karnival Jom Heboh is back to thrill visitors with a host of activities and entertainment at Anjung Floria, Putrajaya this weekend.

The two-day event, made possible by DuitNow! and organised in conjunction with Putrajaya's Recreation Day, begins at 8am and carries on with a slew of activities leading up to the Jom Heboh Concert at 9pm.

Happening on both nights, the concert will feature performances by Ara Johari, Ashtin, Masdo, Insomniacks, Xpose, Amsyar Lee, Ezad Lazim and many more.

The shows will be hosted by Hot FM and Buletin FM DJs, namely AG, Ally Iskandar, Haiza, Ayu, Riena Diana, Muaz, Hawa Rizwana and Imran Aqil to entertain guests.

Jom Heboh Carnival 2022, which represents Media Prima Berhad's biggest field event this year, will also feature booths from TV3, TV9, DidikTV, Hot FM, Molek FM, Buletin FM, OH BULAN, SEISMIK, VOCKET, Waktu Solat Malaysia, WOWSHOP and tonton.

Early birds will receive goody bags full of surprises and participants stand a chance to meet a star-studded line of celebrities at selected booths.

Some of these fan favourites include the Melur Untuk Firdaus and Risik Pada Hati cast members such as Meerqeen, Anna Jobling, Zara Zya, Ummi Nazeera, Sophia Albarakbah and many more.

Visitors will also be able to experience the beauty of Putrajaya's skyline via hot air balloon rides, aside from taking part in a Karaoke Muzik-Muzik session and opportunities to interact and take photographs with mascots from Alif & Sofia and Hang Omar Timor.

The carnival will also feature live telecasts from popular programmes Borak Kopitiam, Wanita Hari Ini and Melodi.

The fun does not end there, as the Putrajaya Recreation Day organised by the Putrajaya Corporation (Perbadanan Putrajaya) includes amusing activities such as a petting zoo by the Putrajaya Animal Lover Festival (PALOF), RV Town, Coffee Village, fishing competition and a flying fox ride.

Other activities available include aerobics, penalty shootouts and bowling sessions.

Karnival Jom Heboh will also be certified by The Malaysia Book of Records as "The Longest Running Carnival in Malaysia".
