#Showbiz: Hael Husaini, Judika guest stars of Rossa's November concert in KL

KUALA LUMPUR: Award-winning singer-songwriter Hael Husaini Razmi is set to open the Nov 2 concert of Indonesian diva Datuk Seri Rossa at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre here.

Hael, the man behind hit songs Jampi and Klentang Klentong said he was delighted to share the stage with one of the region's best singers.

"It's a dream come true to sing with Datuk Seri Rossa. She's one of my idols and I was starstruck when I first met her in Indonesia two years ago.

"If all goes well, we will be singing a duet on our big day. I just can't wait!"

Hael, who rocketed to fame after participating in the third season of TV3 reality talent show Mentor and Astro reality talent show Akademi Fantasia Season 10, said that he would perform his best known songs at the two-hour concert Rossa 25 Shining Years.

"I will give my fans some surprises that night. I promise it will be an evening to remember."

Rossa's concert marks her comeback to Kuala Lumpur after the Covid-19 pandemic ended.

Rossa, 43, will also have former Indonesian Idol Judika as her guest star.

She said: "It is great to have Hael as my Malaysian guest artiste. He is super talented and creates great music.

"As for Judika, he is my old friend and we have shared the stage many times back home.

"However, this is a first for both of us in the Malaysian capital city, which has always been my second home!"

Rossa 25 Shining Years is for a good cause, helping to provide quality education for low-income children around the country.

The 8pm concert organised by Inspire Productions is in support of Tabung Pendidikan Anak Bangsa and Tabung Prihatin, non-governmental organisations aimed at empowering youngsters through education.

Rossa 25 Shining Years is a series of concerts around Indonesia and Malaysia, which began in Istora Senayan, Jakarta on May 27.

Her guest stars in that event were Indonesian singers Afgan, Boy William, Ariel of Noah, and Lyodra.
