KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean actor Song Joong-Ki has just married British actress Katy Louise Saunders, and they are expecting a baby together.
Soompi reported today that Song, 37, made the announcement on his fan message board.
He said: "I have vowed to spend the rest of my life with Katy, who has supported me and stuck by me.
"She has a good heart and lives her life passionately. She is amazingly wise and wonderful. Thanks to her, I am becoming a better person."
Song added that they had dreamed of "creating a happy family together".
"We have put in much effort to keep each other's promises, and we are sincerely thankful as a new life has come to us."
The Song of Vincenzo and Descendants Of The Sun star confirmed that he was a relationship last month.
He introduced his then-girlfriend Sanders at a media conference in Singapore on Dec 7.
Song and Saunders met through a mutual friend last year.
Song was married to actress Song Hye-kyo from 2017 to 2019.
