KUALA LUMPUR: Artiste Aiman Tino has confirmed that he will tie the knot with Syarah Haifa, in March or April this year.
In a news report today, the 25-year-old singer-actor said they had already started making preparations for the big day, except on the exact date for their solemnisation ceremony.
"We haven't decided on that yet, but it would either be before or immediately after Ramadan (which will start in the fourth week of March)," he said.
As for the reception, Aiman said they plan to hold it some time in June or August.
"We decided to have our union legalised first, as that would be better seeing that we're always together. We're also working closely together."
Aiman said it was not unusual for him to marry at 25, as his parents also married young, at the age of 23.
He also insisted that he had not been pressured to get married quickly, but felt it was time for him to settle down with 24-year-old fiancee whom he met during the Movement Control Order period in 2019.
Earlier, Aiman's mother Hazelina Mat Jalil confirmed that she had sent an entourage to Syarah's parents' house for a 'merisik' session on Jan 21.
