KUALA LUMPUR: Apex Equity Holdings Bhd is selling a 57 per cent stake in its unit, Apex Investment Services Bhd, to Med-Bumikar Mara Sdn Bhd (MBM) and other parties for RM10.5 million. Apex Equity said it signed a conditional share sale agreement with MBM, Clement Chew Kuan Hock, Ng Seng Leong and Law Chee Kheong. Following the proposed disposal, Apex Investment will cease to be a subsidiary of Apex Equity, it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
