Police announce transfer of seven senior officers

KUALA LUMPUR: Johor Special Branch Chief SAC Ahmad Ramdzan Daud is among seven senior police officers involved in a transfer exercise, effective Sept 14.

PDRM Corporate Communication head Datuk Asmawati Ahmad, in a statement today, said Ahmad Ramdzan has been appointed as Bukit Aman Special Branch Research and Secretariat principal assistant director, with the rank of acting DCP.

Bukit Aman Special Branch E7 assistant director SAC Aida Abdul Hamid has been promoted to principal assistant director of the same department.

The statement said Kelantan Special Branch Chief ACP Jalaludin Hamid will replace Ahmad Ramdzan in Johor, with the rank of acting SAC.

It added that Home Ministry's Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) Intelligence deputy chief of staff ACP Mat Zaki Md Zain has been promoted to chief of staff, with the rank of acting SAC.

Also on the list is Johor Criminal Investigation and Community Safety Department (JPJKK) deputy chief ACP Kamal Faizul Mohd Zain, who has been appointed as the assistant director of integrated collaboration at the JPJKK Community Policing Division in Bukit Aman.

Asmawati said Pahang JPJKK deputy head (operation) ACP Nor Fazid Ahmad would be transferred to the Administrative Division of the Bukit Aman Management Department.

Meanwhile, Disaster Management Study Supt of the PDRM College Crisis and Disaster Management Centre, Supt Rosli Dahlan, has been appointed as Johor JPJKK (operation) deputy head, with the rank of acting ACP. – BERNAMA
