KUALA LUMPUR: Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR) is looking for the relatives of a patient, Kuppusamy Subrayan, to take him home.
HTAR director Dr Zulkarnain Mohd Rawi in a statement today said the 69-year-old was found semi-conscious by the roadside at Jalan Kapar on Feb 11, before he was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
"He was admitted into Ward 8G, here, on Feb 11, and his last known address was No K 11, Jalan Batu Kantonmen, Jalan Ipoh Batu 4 1/4, 51200, Kuala Lumpur.
"He has made recovery and is now fit to be discharged.
"We are calling for his family members, or any individual who knows him to contact HTAR Public Relations Unit at 03-33757000 extension 1267.
"They can also call HTAR's Ward 8G in the Medical Department at the same number, at extension 1231," Dr Zulkarnain said.
