PASIR MAS: Four more flood victims in Kelantan were tested positive for Covid-19 today.
This brings to five, the total number of flood victims in the state who had contracted the infection.
Kelantan Health director Datuk Dr Zaini Hussin said the four tested positive after undergoing a screening test this morning.
He said the four included the wife and two children of the first flood victim who was tested positive yesterday.
The fourth, he said, was also a flood victim taking shelter at the SK Sri Kiambang relief centre.
He said 18 other flood victims from the same centre were required to undergo screening test and had so far tested negative.
He added that the department are monitoring the situation closely and had taken all the necessary action to curb the spread of the pandemic.
