KUALA LUMPUR: Perikatan Nasional (PN) information chief Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali has denied putting up a social media post urging Pas leaders to stop issuing statements that can affect the country's peace.
Azmin, on his official Facebook page, said the post was fake.
The false post, apart from telling Pas leaders to not issue further statements, said that Malaysia was not a Taliban state.
It also said leaders should instil the spirit of unity as decreed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Pas is part of the PN coalition component parties.
