KUALA LUMPUR: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah has granted an audience to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today.
The meeting, held at Istana Bukit Kayangan, Shah Alam, was shared by Anwar on his Twitter tonight.
In a tweet, he also wished the sultan to continue ruling the state with fairness and equity.
Anwar was appointed the country's 10th Prime Minister on Nov 24.
He had so far had an audience with the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah, and Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V.
