King, Queen visit several locations to meet people in Penang

KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah today visited several locations to meet the people in Penang.

The entourage was en route to Kepala Batas when their majesties stopped by the Penang Second Bridge and alighted from the official car and posed for pictures.

According to a post on Istana Negara's official Facebook, Al-Sultan Abdullah was scheduled to grace the opening of Masjid Jamek Ar-Rahmani, Kampung Banggol, and the queen would grace the aid distribution to residents of the Pusat Jagaan Darul Hanan.

Later, the Royal couple is scheduled to attend Nuzul Al-Quran celebraton and break fast with the people at the State Mosque.

Their majesties are on a three-day visit to Penang which started yesterday.
