KUALA LUMPUR: All Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) members of parliament (MPs) have expressed their full support for the leadership of Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
Bersatu vice-president Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu in a statement said the party also upholds the decree by Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah's for MPs to give priority to safeguard the well-being of the people, as well as the agenda to combat Covid-19 in the ongoing special parliament sitting.
"We thank all MPs from Perikatan Nasional, Barisan Nasional, Gabungan Parti Sarawak, Parti Bersatu Sabah, and four independent MPs who have also expressed their support for the prime minister.
"Bersatu remains committed to continuing the agenda of defending the people and restoring the country's economy," he said.
