Investment strategy during the pandemic

There is a simple formula - invest to earn or earn to invest. This investment strategies apply well to both the individuals and the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia.

Invest to earn or earn to invest is a rather simple and yet complex investment strategy for the current global and local economic landscapes in Malaysia as it involve liquid assets, loan, bonds etc.

This is in view of the one year plus global Covid-19 pandemic with its variants, lockdown, travel restrictions etc, imposed by our government as well as most of the nations the world over.

Not to mention the continuous economic impacts to everyone due to the uncertainty of the coronavirus containment in the next few months or couple of years.

As an individual or SMEs business planning for the future, most of the people with either active or passive incomes and the existing SMEs in Malaysia will rather prioritize their cash reserves conservation.

It's very likely they will opt for the earn to invest strategy for their personal or business growth. Both options, however, might achieve the same goals eventually. Perhaps, one option will be less of a hassle than the other.

In that sense, i propose those interested to apply the formula by investing in the polyurethane or property sectors. They seem to be a good options for strategic investment in Malaysia during this pandemic.
