KTMB's response to Komuter frequency

LETTERS: We would like to refer to the Letters column on "KTMB should improve Train Frequency" published on May 11, 2022.

On behalf of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB), we apologise for the inconvenience that Samuel Yesuiah encountered while using our Komuter service.

We also wish to thank him for bringing our attention to the matter and for his support towards KTMB services. We are pleased to inform that the timetable and schedule of trains are available on our website with frequent updates, and our call centre 03-2267 1200 is the number to call for any questions or concerns.

To make it easier for the public to access train timetables and schedules, a real-time information app called MyRailtime is available and may be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, passengers at the train stations can access the timetable and schedule using MyRailtime QR codes available at all stations.

For further details, kindly contact us at our hotline 03-2267 1200, from 7am to 10pm. The public can also reach us by sending a direct message to official Facebook KTM Berhad. We value our passengers' opinions and will continue to enhance our service and the quality of public transportation in our country.

Thank you

KTMB,

Kuala Lumpur
