Knight Frank Malaysia and Berkeley Group St George are introducing Filmworks, a mixed-use development in London to locals here and the prices for the apartments start from £694,950.
Filmworks is a new residential and leisure-led destination in the heart of Ealing town centre.
There are over 200 contemporary one-bedroom Manhattan, as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each containing custom-design fitted kitchens, elegant bathrooms, and open plan living areas.
Filmworks will offer a selection of new homes specifically designed for first-time buyers who live or work in the London Borough of Ealing.

St George acquired the Filmworks site in August 2016. The site forms an important part of the regeneration of Ealing ahead of the arrival of the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) in 2021.
