KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired 1.13 hectares of prime freehold land in Sentul for RM32 million, making it the group's first land deal for this year.
The new project marks Mah Sing's third development in Sentul, following the success of M Centura and M Arisa,
The project, to be named M Aria, is planned for apartments with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM283 million.
The development is aimed at a diverse range of buyers, including first-time homeowners, working adults, families, homebuyers looking for an upgrade and investors.
Subject to authorities' approval, M Aria offers options for three- to four-bedroom layouts, with indicative sizes of about 800 sq ft and 950 sq ft and an indicative starting price of RM498,000.
Registration of interest for M Aria is expected to begin in the second half of 2025.
Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said Sentul is a strategic and important market for Mah Sing, given its prime location as a mature community with strong market demand, adjacent to Kuala Lumpur's city centre.

M Aria is surrounded by thriving communities such as Kepong, Taman Wahyu, Batu Caves, Segambut, Taman Sri Gombak and Setapak.
Mah Sing's journey in Sentul began with the launch of M Centura in 2017, a landmark development that set the tone for the group's aspirations in the area.
A standout feature of M Centura was its focus on sustainability and environmental preservation.
Building on this success, Mah Sing launched M Arisa in 2019, continuing its mission to deliver exceptional homes in Sentul.
Mah Sing's share price rose five sen or 3.62 per cent to RM1.43, bringing its market capitalisation to RM3.74 billion.
