JAKARTA: Indonesia recorded 4,071 new Covid-19 cases in 24 hours today, bringing its caseload to 252,923.
Meanwhile, 109,721 people are being monitored for the disease.
According to the official Twitter page of the Indonesian National Disaster Management Authority, 160 fatalities were reported today, raising the death toll to 9,837.
Jakarta province has the highest number of infections at 64,554; while East Java has highest death toll at 3,015, followed by Jakarta (1,600), Central Java (1,314) and the rest in other provinces. - Bernama
