SOMETIMES, popular celebrities have other career aspirations, too.
Just ask popular actress Nabila Huda Suhaimi, who says that if she wasn’t an actress, she would be happy to live out her dreams by being a chef.
The revelation came as a surprise, as one would think she would follow in the footsteps of her rockstar dad, Amy Search, and carve out a singing career.
“I love cooking, and it brings me great joy when I cook for my family and friends.
“Seeing them indulge in my cooking is really satisfying,” she told the New Straits Times.
The 33-year-old, fondly known as Abil, takes pride in being able to cook both Western and Asian dishes.
“My 7-year-old daughter Keisha Laila loves Asian dishes, while my husband enjoys eating Western food. So I’m happy to be able to do a lot of cooking at home whenever I can,” said the busy actress.
With all that passion for cooking, would the Tombiruo actress publish her own cookbook soon?
“Maybe. It just might be my next project,” hinted Nabila, who stars in the new Rempit Sampai Langit. The film opens in cinemas today.
