KUALA LUMPUR: Award-winning actress Vanidah Imran is keeping mum following rumours that her 18-year marriage to fellow actor Rashidi Ishak is over.
Vanidah, 45, said she and Rashidi were keeping their lips “sealed” and would only issue a statement at an appropriate time.
“Both of us have chosen not to say anything about it for now,” said Vanidah in a news report today.
An entertainment column of a weekly newspaper reported last Sunday that Vanidah and Rashidi were no longer together, and were seen at the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Lower Court onAug 9.
Vanidah and Rashidi who starred together in the movies Untuk Tiga Hari and Sepi have two children, Mikhail Imran, 17, and Maryam Rashika, 14. They were married on Oct 1, 2000.
