KUALA LUMPUR: The year-end is filled with festivities and chef Jean-Luc Lundy and his team at Victoria Station have prepared a special New Year menu featuring signature dishes at a special price.

Start off your meal with the Louisiana Shrimp Cocktail, a must-have appetiser at Victoria Station. The dish features large, succulent prawns dressed in the restaurant’s homemade cocktail sauce.

You can also try the Smoked Cod Chowder, a tomato-based soup which will leave you craving for more.

The soup is made of smoked cod, smoked by the chefs themselves which leaves a smoky flavour to the sweet and slightly tangy soup.

The main dish is the VS BBQ Ribs. The big and juicy ribs are marinated for at least a week to ensure the meat is full of flavour. It is served with VS Wild Wild West BBQ sauce and served with the potato and vegetables of the day.

For desserts, Jean-Luc has prepared a Delightful Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse, a concoction of a chocolate cake covered with chocolate ganache and served with a dollop of chocolate mousse.

A choice of brewed coffee or tea is served later. This special menu is available from tomorrow until Jan 31.

In conjunction with Victoria Station’s 25th anniversary, this special menu is being offered at a discount of over 25 per cent off from its original price of RM69.90++ per set.

“This set is truly value for money and is a special gift to our loyal customers,” said Chef Jean-Luc.
