Team Allegiance from Singapore bags RM30,000 after winning the final match in the Garena Cyber Games (GCC) 2015.

SERI KEMBANGAN: The Garena Cyber Games (GCC) 2015, which offered over RM50,000 in cash prizes was a testament of how lucrative electronic sports can be.

The two-day battle, organised in conjunction of the Comic Fiesta 2015 exhibition was held last weekend at the Malaysia International Exhibition and Convention Centre, the Mines.


The Garena Cyber Games (GCC) 2015 finals saw eight teams from Malaysia and four from Singapore pitting their skills in Alliance of Valiant Arms, a free-to-play online first-person shooter video game.

Team Allegiance from Singapore took home RM30,000, beating Team M-Yolo from Malaysia, who walked away with RM15,000 in the intense shooting battle in Alliance of Valiant Arms, a free-to-play online first-person shooter video game.

The third place went to KLS.Team, also from Malaysia, who won RM7,500.


Top teams at the Garena Cyber Games (GCC) 2015 prize-giving ceremony. The event attracted 49,000 gamers and e-sports fans.

The gaming final rounds saw eight teams from Malaysia and four from Singapore pitting their skills against each other.
