KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) customers can expect to face a temporary disruption of over-the-counter and online services for financing or loan repayments from March 1-6 due to system upgrading work.
As such, customers are adviced to make payments via the automatic teller, cash deposit and virtual teller machines, Interbank-Giro or through standing instructions, BSN said in a statement today.
Alternatively, they can also make payments over-the-counter or online before Feb 29.
Transactions performed during the downtime will be updated in the system after Mac 6, it said, adding, all other services remain unaffected.
