ZHONGCE Rubber Group Co. Ltd, a global tyre manufacturer with over 55 years of experience, has made its debut in Malaysia.

Through Westlake Marketing Malaysia, ZhongCe Rubber said it is offering consumers premium quality tyres at an affordable price.

Westlake tyres range from passenger cars, trucks and buses to off-the-road, industrial and agricultural tyres.

The company said Westlake tyres were produced at advanced facilities and designed to meet the demand of the Southeast Asian market.

It creates the opportunity for consumers to experience reliable, good quality, high durability and value for money tyres, it added.

“Today’s launch marks a new milestone for all of us at Westlake Marketing Malaysia,” its managing director, Tan Heong Thong, said.

“We are also looking to launch more tyre ranges next year to meet the growing demands of the market. At Westlake Tyres, customer safety is our utmost priority and we will continuously innovate to ensure that our tyres are truly superior products to provide a seamless experience for our customers in Malaysia,” Tan added.

ZhongCe Rubber shipped over 16 million consumer and commercial tyres as well as 35 million bicycle and motorcycle tyres to more than 160 markets and over five billion consumers,said its vice president Ge Guorong.

Westlake Marketing aims to open 100 Westlake centres.

By year-end, three Westlake centres are expected to start operations across Peninsular Malaysia.
