KUALA LUMPUR: Police are in the midst of tracking down four individuals including the parents of fugitive financier Low Taek Jho or Jho Low to assist in investigations into 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun said Jho Low's father, 66-year-old Larry Low Hock Peng's last known address was in Tanjung Bungah Park, Penang.

"Apart from that, police are also looking for Jho Low's mother, Goh Gaik Ewe, 66, and a Singaporean Shabnam Naraindas Daswani or Natasha Mirpuri, 54, whose last known address is in Parkstone Road, Singapore.

"Another individual we are looking for is Tan Kim Loong, 40, whose last known address is in Taman Pusat Kepong," Mohamad Fuzi said in a statement, here, today.

He added that police are tracking them down to assist in investigations under Section 4(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 (Act 613).

"Members of the public with information on these individuals involved are asked to immediately contact the police," he said.
