PUCHONG: A local contractor in his 30s was one of two Malaysian clients nabbed at a gay massage centre during a raid conducted by the Special Tactical Team (PASTAK) of the Immigration Department in Pusat Bandar Puchong, here.
The contractor said he visited the centre for a "special massage" twice in the past, after seeing an advertisement on the Internet.
"Previously I came alone but this time I brought a friend because he too wanted to try (massage)," the married contractor who admitted he was also a homosexual, said.
It is learned that the centre offers body to body massage for gay men by male Vietnamese masseuse at RM80 per hour.
The raid was conducted at 10.30pm last night in which eight Vietnamese masseuse in their 20s and 30s were arrested along with two local clients.
Checks in several rooms at the centre found condoms, lubricants as well as sex toys.
The massage centre was among three premises raided in the operations. Overall, 51 foreigners were detained including female guest relations officers (GRO).
Immigration director-general Datuk Indera Dzaimee Daud said all those detained were taken to the Selangor Immigration Department's enforcement division's office in Shah Alam for the documentation process.
"They were then taken to the Semenyih Immigration Detention Depot for further action on their offences under Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 for not possessing valid documents.
"They are also being investigated under Section 15(1)(c) of the same Act for overstaying on various passes as well as Regulation 39b for violating the terms of these passes under the Immigration Regulation 1963," he said.
