KLUANG: Several Obike dockless bicycles meant for the public at Dataran Tasik Kluang recreational park here have become the target of vandals.
A 30-second video clip showing a group of teenage boys vandalising the bicycles have gone viral.
An Obike Malaysia spokesman when contacted said a police report will be lodged.
The spokesman said the company was aware of the incident and would cooperate with police and the Kluang Municipal Council to ensure such acts of vandalism would not recur.
"In Johor we have two districts in Muar and Kluang with the Obike facility. They have been in operation since October with 300 Obikes," he said.
"We hope the public will use the facility responsibly," he said.
