JOHOR BARU: A damaged road sign near a T-junction in Jalan Taman Kempas Baru, here, is endangering road users.

The damage appears to be due to years of neglect. Motorists will likely be confused as some of the lettering had disappeared.

Taman Kempas Baru resident Kamal Hakimi is worried that a metal sheet that has come loose could fall and injure passers-by.

“I hope Johor Baru City Council repairs the road sign soon as not only is it an eyesore, it is also a danger to motorists and pedestrians.
