BRITISH TV property star Sarah Beeny has identified her bargain property for January — a modern three-bedroom bungalow at £265,000 (RM1.45 million) in the Norfolk market town of North Walsham, Norwich.

The house includes a master bedroom with a dressing room that is spread out across its own level.

The cosy lounge is part of the large open-plan living area in the modern bungalow.

Beeny said in an article published in Mailonline: “I’ve chosen this property as my bargain of the month due to its stylish, well thought-out layout that cleverly makes the most of the space available, resulting in an airy, spacious, free-flowing home.

“The current owners have decorated it to a high standard throughout and it benefits from a new bathroom and kitchen, as well as a beautiful orangery extension and two wood-burning stoves to keep it cosy in the winter months.

“This kitchen is brand new and really striking, creating a contemporary feel, while providing lots of much-valued storage space and integrated appliances. The breakfast bar is a great place to pull up a seat and enjoy a drink or snack, and I just love the spiral staircase. It’s such a unique feature and really adds to the room.”

As one enters the property, there is a compact hallway that includes a cupboard and doors to the kitchen on the right and a shower room on the left.

There is a large orangery with solid oak flooring and full-wall bi-fold doors.

The striking kitchen has glossy purple and white units, combined with a large black fridge and breakfast bar that serves to help divide the area with the lounge.

The lounge features a wood burner and solid oak flooring, along with a modern upright radiator.

Leading off from the open plan living space is a large orangery room, currently used a as a formal dining room. It has a solid glass roof and full-wall bi-fold doors, with the same solid oak flooring as the living room. The doors open fully, so the garden can easily become an extension of the home during the summer.

Buyers won’t find a smaller third bedroom here as all the sleeping areas are spacious.

Also leading off from the living space are bedrooms two and three. The large bedroom features a dressing room, plenty of eaves storage and two large skylight windows. The room and dressing area also benefit from neutral decor and carpet. Daily Mail
