KUALA LUMPUR: Singer and actress Marsha Milan Londoh is thrilled to work on her upcoming project involving Sabah indigenous music.

According to a news report by Sinar Online, the 32-year-old artiste who hails from Tamparuli, Sabah, decided to embark on the project to help bring her closer to the people of Sabah, especially those from the rural parts of the state.

Marsha has been planning to see this project off with fellow Sabahan, singer Velvet Aduk.

“While the original plan was to cut either an album or a mini album, we may go ahead with releasing a single first should we are unable to wrap everything up before Ramadan,” said Marsha.

The Akademi Fantasia alum will also be working with several composers and singer-songwriters, including Velvet’s husband, Rich Gimbang from the band Estranged.
