KUALA LUMPUR: While adhering to the government’s order to stay at home, actor-director Jehan Miskin reminds his Instagram followers not to forget to check on those living on their own.
The 40-year-old artiste said that life during the MCO could be harder for single people, especially senior citizens.
“Some of us are lucky enough to be with our loved ones during this extraordinary time. Many others are alone, lonely and isolated. There is much we can do.
“Offer to get groceries for an elderly neighbour. Call a friend who you haven't spoken to in awhile.
“Check in regularly on those who you know live alone. Reach out, connect, keep your spirits up and encourage each other. Standing together while apart. This is how we are going to beat this,” wrote the star of Anak Halal.
