SENAI: AirAsia Berhad and Orang Kampung Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd yesterday announced a partnership with the launch of Orang Kampung Group of Companies (OK Group) livery on AirAsia’s A320 aircraft in Malaysia.

The brand new aircraft livery was unveiled by OK Group managing director Habibul Ajmi Datuk Manggar at Senai Airport.

The special OK Group aircrafat livery features the Longjack logo, a well-known and established energy drink alongside an iconic Orang Kampung image. The livery is vibrant and bold, with the tagline "The True Power" reflecting the brand’s image.

The Longjack and Kacip Fatimah energy drinks are 100 per cent truly Malaysian products and currently available in all Air Asia AK Flights.

"Following the successful commercial plane branding, this as the perfect opportunity to team up with the World’s Best Low Cost airline, for our corporate branding strategy for 2019 to 2021. This partnership with a commercial airline is a bold step for our branding and we hope it will open new doors for OK Group in our long-term marketing and advertising strategy, in addition to broadening the local advertising outreach for our company and brand name. The objective of this collaboration is to expand our business potentials to regional market and ultimately to increase the value of OK Brand domestically and internationally," said Habibul.

Also present were OK Group chairman Datin Hasbuna Zainuddin, AirAsia regional head of partnership and licensing Matthew Mok and Senai Airport chief operations officer Noor Safura Suib.
