KUALA LUMPUR: A man believed to be in his 30's had jumped to his death from the 17th floor of an apartment building after setting himself on fire in Taman Sri Rampai here last night.

Initial investigations revealed that the man who was not a resident of the apartment had climbed up the stairs to the 17th floor and jumped from the balcony of the building.
